Early dinner: cucumber, tomato, half little avocado, some soia beans, 2 scrumbled eggs (no butter, no oil) mixed with a bit of smashed potato and some rice&corn gluten free crispibread! I needed carbohydrates !! :)
Big portion and good calories for my lunch/dinner! 2 courgettes spaghetti with smashed avocado, raw chestnut mushrooms, soia beans and edamame, chicken! No oil, no salt! Love it
My lunch/dinner :) Broccoli and courgettes soup, smashed sweet potatoes, seafood and carasau bread ..with just a spoon of virgin oil :) I will be really fool after! Enjoy
